Hung Lo rice noodle products are carefully controlled its quality and weight before being packed.

PTO - Established since 2016 on the basis of families making traditional rice noodles of Hung Lo commune, Viet Tri city, after only 3 years of operation, Hung Lo Rice Noodle Cooperative with its main products such as rice noodles, dried vermicelli, dried "pho" noodles, etc. has built its own the brand of "Hung Lo Rice Noodle". Products are packed, labeled, sold at many fairs, supermarkets, restaurants and quickly dominated the market.

At the time of establishment, Hung Lo Rice Noodle Cooperative included 9 members participating by voluntary and self-management spirit; output were estimated only 8-10 tons/ month; the main consumer markets were Viet Tri city and some neighboring districts. The production method was still manual in small scale and uneven quality. To solve this situation, members of cooperatives decided to contribute money to buy input materials and invest in the technology of production equipment to improve productivity and quality of the product. Especially, in order to increase the value and affirm the brand of Hung Lo rice noodle product, the cooperative has followed the regulations of food safety and hygiene, building brand logo and registeing the collective trademark certification, making more convenience for costumers in traceability of the product.

In 2017, together with the support of the provincial Cooperative Alliance, the cooperative built a showroom, a drying yard and a drying system with an investment value of over VND250 million. In addition, as a "midwife", the Provincial Cooperative Alliance has also promoted Hung Lo rice noodle products in many provinces and cities nationwide and trade fairs. Thus, the cooperative signed a contract to supply products to many big enterprises and supermarkets; building wholesalers in 8 provinces and cities nationwide such as Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Tuyen Quang, Hanoi, Nghe An and Ca Mau ...

The market was expanded, output increased. The cooperative produced and consumed on average of 40-45 tons of products each month. In 2018, the cooperative provided 500 tons of rice noodles to the market, the revenue reached over VND8 billion, the profit was nearly 1 billion VND, creating stable jobs for 25 employees with the average income of VND4.5 million / person / month. In 2019, the cooperative is striving to supply the market at least 550 tons products.

Thanks to the promotion of the traditional profession in combination with the enthusiasm, dynamism and daring thinking of the staff of the cooperatives, the support of the provincial Cooperative Alliance and the authorities, the cooperatives has a stable position in the market.
