Enterprises in industrial zones contributes over VND1,500 billion to the State budget

PTO - On the afternoon of December 26th, the provincial Industrial Park Management Board held a conference to review its task performance in 2019 and roll out the working program for 2020. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Trong Tan attended the conference.


Currently, there are 177 projects of 159 invested enterprises at all industrial zones and clusters of the province with a total registered capital of over VND20,000 billion and USD889.75 million. Most own the stable manufacturing and businesses activity; ensuring employment for over 42,000 employees with an average income of VND6.8 million/ person/ month. Estimated total revenue of enterprises reached VND40,000 billion, up by 25% compared to 2018; export value reached USD1,700 million, up by 59%; total State budget contribution is VND1,500 billion, accounting for over 20% of the total State budget revenue of the province in 2019.


Addressing at the conference, Vice Chairman Phan Trong Tan requested the provincial Industrial Park Management Board should enhance the renovation of investment promotion methods, diversifying by many forms and prioritizing to attract key projects under the orientation of the province; actively coordinating to departments, branches and localities to promptly solve problems for investors; connecting vocational training institutions in the province to provide quality labor to meet the requirements of enterprises.
