Enterprises in IZs enhance health monitoring and check-up for employees

PTO - Facing to the complicated situation of an acute respiratory infections caused by 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), the Management Board of Phu Tho industrial zone has issued a written request to enterprises operating in provincial industrial zones and clusters to carry out synchronously measures to proactively prevent diseases and control the situation.


In details, the Management Board required enterprises to strictly implementing epidemic prevention control measures recommended by the Ministry of Health and functional agencies; strengthening health monitoring of officials and workers; proactively arranging production and business plans to coordinate with the health sector in making a epidemic prevention and control plan. Especially, strengthening to superviser health reporting of people coming from epidemic areas, if detecting any workers showing signs of acute respiratory infection with symptoms of fever, cough and shortness of breath, etc. isolating the patient and immediately reporting to the Management Board or medical clinics for timely guidance, monitoring, supervision and treatment.

At present, enterprises owning Chinese employees or partners, need to closely health monitor and check-ups or temporarily not entering Vietnam during the outbreak of the epidemic; At the same time, making a list of officials and workers coming from China to Vietnam in the period of December 2019 to the present and sending to the Management Board within February 1, 2020.
