According to Viglacera Corporation, Viglacera Real Estate Company – the infrastructure investor in Phu Ha Industrial Park (Phu Tho Town) has signed a contract with Davo C&M Co., Ltd – a satellite business of Samsung Group (South Korea) for leasing 20,000 square meters of land in Phu Ha Industrial Park to open a factory producing electronic components.
So far, Phu Ha Industrial Park has attracted 5 Korean companies operating in the electronics industry and 2 Japanese companies operating in the textile and garment industry with the total leased land area of over 20 hectares. Before Davo C&M, Jawa Vina, NT Vina, Almus Corp and Elpostech which are all Samsung's satellite companies operating in the electronics manufacturing industry had invested in the Industrial Park.
As a multi-sector and high technology industrial complex mainly developing the electronic industry, high-grade building materials, food processing, beverage, mechanical products, pharmaceuticals ..., Phu Ha Industrial Park has an area of 350 hectares and the total investment of over VND 1,730 billion invested by Viglacera Corporation.
With its advantages of abundant and well trained labor force, low labor costs and convenient location at IC 9 intersection connecting the Industrial Park and Ha Noi – Lao Cai Freeway, Phu Ha Industrial Park has became an attractive destination for many investors in the field of electronic production, especially the component suppliers for Samsung.
At present, Phu Ha – Viglacera Industrial Park has been invested in construction of the complete and synchronous infrastructure for the stage I with 50 hectares of the clear land available to welcome enterprises to build factories therein.
