PTO - On the morning of March 16, Mr. Bui Minh Chau - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Council and Mr. Bui Van Quang - Chairman of the provincial People's Committee inspected the progress of the pedestrian bridge across Mai An Tiem lake at Hung King Temple historical relic site.
The pedestrian bridge is designed with reinforced concrete with a length of 67.3m, a width of 5.36m including a 3m-wide pedestrian lane. The bridge owns a lighting system. This construction was started on November 15th, 2019 and expected to inaugurate and handover on March 29th, 2020 (i.e. lunar March 6th).
After the field trip, Secretary Chau commented on some adjustments. He emphasized the project would be a highlight in the relic site when completing and putting into use; facilitating tourists to move between the two sides of the lake; creating a green, clean and beautiful landscape for the relic site. At the same time, he requested the construction units and investors pay special attention to the schedule, quality, techniques and art of the construction, ensuring labor safety during the construction period.
