PAPI Index 2019: 2 dimensions of Phu Tho in the highest group of the country

PTO - On the morning of April 28th, in Hanoi, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) released Vietnam Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) 2019.

PAPI measures eight dimensions: participation at local levels, transparency in local decision-making, vertical accountability, control of corruption, public administrative procedures, public service delivery, environmental governance, and e-government; 28 component content, over 120 criteria and over 550 questions on many policy issues of Vietnam.

According to the PAPI index 2019, Phu Tho owns 2 dimensions in the highest group of the whole country: vertical accountability and public administrative procedures.

The PAPI is an effective collaborative effort between Vietnam Fatherland Front and the UNDP in Vietnam since 2009. Analytical results is collected from people's experience through providing information to the national sustainable development agenda and policy makers.
