Public Administration Reform Index and Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services 2019 released

PTO - On May 19th, Standing Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh - Head of the Government’s Steering Committee on Public Administration Reform chaired the announcement online for the Public Administration Reform Index (PAR) of ministries, ministerial -level agencies, provincial/municipal People’s Committees in all 63 provinces and cities and Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) 2019.

In term of PAR of the ministries, ministerial-level agencies, the State Bank of Vietnam ranked first with 95.40 points, while Quang Ninh province ranks first in the provinces and cities with 90.09 points and 95.26% for its SIPAS. This is the third consecutive year Quang Ninh has maintained its first position of PAR index.


Phu Tho province reached 82.01 points at PAR, ranking 20/63 provinces and cities, up 2 ranks compared to 2018; while reaching 85.89% at SIPAS, ranking 25/63 provinces and cities, up 28 ranks compared to 2018, exceeding the set target.


At the live-stream point in Phu Tho, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Bui Van Quang affirmed these results in administrative reform showed a proactive and drastic action in the direction and administration of all levels in the province. On the basis of these achievements, the Department of Planning and Investment coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs and the related agencies to study, review and evaluate the criteria for improving the business investment environment; administrative reform, improving the satisfaction of the people of public administration service. Since then, advising the provincial People's Committee for more effective solutions.
