Identifying key works and projects as the “master key” to unlock new development spaces, the province has focused its resources and demonstrated a powerful political will across all construction fronts over the past months. Accordingly, local authorities and relevant units have proactively unlocked all financial resources and drastically dismantled individual bottlenecks to transform blueprint designs into tangible values that serve the people’s livelihoods.

The most vivid hallmark of this determined spirit is the Project constructing the route from Thuy Van Industrial Park to the link road connecting Nguyen Tat Thanh and Ton Duc Thang streets. This is considered a vital traffic “artery” that helps decompress workloads on existing routes while boosting connectivity between the concentrated industrial manufacturing zone and the primary transport axes of multiple localities. With a total investment of nearly 450 billion VND for a length of 4.51 km, the project is being accelerated urgently. By mid-March 2026, the project successfully finalized site clearance and organized construction on 1.8 km of the entire line. The gradual formation of this new road is the fruit of relentless efforts from provincial to grassroots-level Party committees and authorities in upholding responsibility, particularly in site clearance—voted as the most challenging phase in project deployment. The community consensus and citizens' willingness to hand over their land stand as vivid testaments to their absolute trust in development policies aimed at the province’s collective benefits.

Sharing the same urgent pace, in Xuan Lang Commune, the Kira Home Social Housing Project—situated within the Legend City Urban Area and invested in by the Viet Duc Steel Group—is busily organizing overtime shifts, determined to bring the work to the finish line ahead of schedule. This is not merely a conventional commercial project; it represents a core pillar of local social welfare, resolving housing demands for workers and low-income demographics in the locality. Kira Home was deeply honored to be selected as one of the 80 exemplary projects nationwide to break ground or be commissioned on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 1975).

Requiring a total investment of 327.5 billion VND, the project is slated to supply approximately 352 apartments. Upon completion, Kira Home will not only resolve the stable settlement equation for hundreds of workers and low-income individuals but also generate a robust momentum to drive the local real estate market and auxiliary service sectors toward sustainable development.

On the construction grounds of Kira Home these days, the working atmosphere is consistently maintained at its peak. The contractor has mobilized maximum manpower with nearly 200 workers, systematically divided into 10 synchronized teams. Every officer and worker on-site is fully aware of the project’s strategic importance, thereby maximizing their sense of responsibility and strictly adhering to technical workflows to guarantee that the project achieves the absolute highest quality.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Tri, Site Manager of the Kira Home Social Housing Project, shared: "Although we are confronting steep challenges due to the continuous surge in raw material input prices, our unit has proactively coordinated internal resources, remaining determined to accelerate construction progress while putting safety and quality criteria at the forefront."

Placing humans at the center, safety management and workers' welfare are heavily emphasized by both the investor and the construction contractors. Every working shift commences with rigorous personal protective equipment (PPE) checks, labor discipline reminders, and strict fire prevention reviews. To empower the construction workforce, contractors pay special attention to on-site accommodation, installing cooling systems, and guaranteeing nutritious meals alongside heat-relieving beverages. This practical care not only protects workers' health but also serves as a massive source of spiritual encouragement, helping builders confidently commit and dedicate themselves to project quality.

Thanks to the aggressive construction pace, the project has recorded a major milestone as the overall structural volume hit 90%. With this accelerating momentum, the goal of delivering the project ahead of schedule to hand over “sweet homes” to local citizens is well within reach. To guarantee the designated roadmap, the construction unit is currently maintaining continuous working shifts, capitalizing on favorable weather windows to maximize workloads during this final sprint phase.

It can be firmly reaffirmed that these infrastructure works are the crystallized result of sweat, wisdom, and the block of great solidarity across the province’s entire political system. The synchronized coordination between investors, contractors, and local authorities is transforming key projects into a “lever” for the region’s elevated development. When vital lines—from Thuy Van Industrial Park to the Nguyen Tat Thanh - Ton Duc Thang link road; the route connecting Hung Vuong Street through Nguyen Tat Thanh and Phu Dong to Au Cơ; or Ring Road 5 of the Capital Region—are seamlessly opened to traffic, and when the homes at Kira Home echo with the laughter of young families, that will be the exact moment the aspirations for a sustainable, prosperous future for Phu Tho’s citizens become a vivid reality. April on the construction grounds today serves as the most powerful confirmation of the new vitality and long-term vision of the Ancestral Land in its integration journey.
