Many Korean Asaki melon cultivation models have been implemented in the province in recent years, bringing about excellent economic efficiency while also taking into account customer wants and preferences. In the Ha Hoa area, some gardeners are currently busy collecting Asaki melons.
The 65–70 day growing period for the Korean Asaki melon is suitable with Vietnam"s ecological characteristics. An average tree produces between 8 and 12 fruits.
The majority of melons grown today are grown in gardens that follow VietGAP guidelines and use advanced technologies.
The melon is round and long, the skin is yellow, the stripes are white, and when it is fully mature, it is stunning. The fruit weighs 350–450g on average and is about 15cm in length.
The fleshy melon is creamy white, has small, straightforward seeds, and when eaten, has a pleasant, cooling flavor.
Thanks to the Korean model of melon cultivation that is providing Ha Hoa farmers with a reliable source of income. Because of their nutritional content and delectable flavor, the melons are mostly provided to clean agricultural stores, supermarket network.
