Conference of the 11th Provincial Fatherland Front Committee - XIV course

The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee held its 11th conference - the XIV session on December 30 under the chairmanship of Mr. Nguyen Hai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to review its work in 2022 and put forward tasks for 2023.

Individuals made significant accomplishments were presented the medal “For the sake of great national unity” by Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front CommitteeNguyen Hai.

In 2022, the operations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province and its member organizations strictly followed Party committee resolutions at all levels, Vietnam Fatherland Front congress resolutions at all levels, and socioeconomic development goals. Provincial association, efficiently carrying out political activities, patriotic emulation initiatives led and organized by the Fatherland Front.

Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Hai presented the Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Fatherland Front"s Central Committee to collectives and individuals with excellent accomplishments in front work in 2022.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and its member organizations continue to deploy the campaign “All people unite to build a new countryside and a civilized city” to residential areas in the locality provincial table with many specific and practical contents and movements. By the end of 2022, the province will have 128 communes that fulfill new rural standards, including 5 advanced and model rural communes, as well as 1,550 new residential areas, including 30 model new urban areas. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and its member organizations continue to broadly deploy activities for the poor, social security, and relief, and have won the approval and support of all levels, sectors, and organizations across society. As of November 30, 2022, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels had gathered nearly VND38 billion to assist the Fund “For the Poor” and the social security program. Support for the repair and construction of 425 new solidarity houses worth nearly VND12.7 billion; expenditure on production support, the purchase of health insurance cards, medical examination and treatment for near-poor households, and assistance for poor students to overcome difficulties worth more than VND6 billion.

With these accomplishments, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee was given the Third Class Independence Medal; Excellent emulation flag of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in 2022.

Chairman Nguyen Hai, speaking at the conference, underlined the need of strengthening the efficacy of information, communication, and campaigning operations in 2023 for members of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and member organizations. motivate and collect people from all walks of life to establish enormous national unity. Conduct research, prepare, augment, and publish the Vietnam Fatherland Front History Book in Phu Tho province from 1930 to 2020. Continue to effectively implement the Fatherland Front“s campaigns, the program to support the Fund”For the Poor,“and the program to remove temporary houses for poor households; well perform the Fatherland Front”s roles and responsibilities at all levels and its member organizations participating in Party building and government building; consolidate and consolidate all front-line cadres from the province to the strong grassroots, continue to effectively implement programs of action coordination and unification between the Fatherland Front and its member organizations, with departments, agencies, branches, and mass organizations at all levels participating in socioeconomic development, security, and defense programs in the province.

At the conference, the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises was negotiated to admit the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises as a member organization of the Provincial Fatherland Front, term XIV, term 2019-2024, and consulted to appoint two additional members of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Mr. Quyet Tien - Chairman of the Provincial Committee of Catholic Solidarity and Nguyen Hong Son - Chairman of the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, to replace
