Folk art clubs from the provinces interact at Hung Kings’ Temple
On the morning of April 13 (the 5th day of March in the year of the Dragon), at the Cultural Camp of Tan Son district, there took place an artistic exchange program of 5 folk arts clubs from the provinces of Yen Bai, Son La, Hanoi capital and Van Mieu commune (Thanh Son district), Dong Son commune (Tan Son district).
Nearly 100 members from clubs brought to the exchange 18 performances of folk music, performances, and bamboo dances which were elaborately choreographed from costumes to props. Performances with national cultural characteristics such as: Singing vi Muong about Hung Kings’ Temple, New Day bells, Spring coming to our village... The exchange performance attracted the attention of thousands of tourists making pilgrimages to Hung Kings’ Temple.
Through cultural exchange activities, it is an opportunity for clubs to exchange, learn and understand about the traditional culture of each locality. This is also a highlight to attract tourists from all over and international friends to visit and to have practical experience, in order to contribute to the growing tourism development of Tan Son district.
