Provincial leaders visit the Cultural Camp at Hung Kings’ Temple
On April 14 (the 6th day of the third lunar month), provincial leaders visited the Cultural Camp at the Hung Kings’ Temple Festival and the Fatherland Culture and Tourism Week 2024.
Provincial Party Secretary Bui Minh Chau requested that Cultural Camps must ensure conditions for fire prevention and fighting, security and order, and environmental sanitation throughout the duration of the camp; Organize cultural and artistic activities to ensure joy and health, and attract a large number of tourists.
Cultural Camping is an annual activity held on the occasion of Hung Kings’ Death Anniversary - Hung Kings’ Temple Festival to propagate and introduce traditional history, customs, practices, cultural identity and social - economic development achievements of districts, cities and towns in Phu Tho province. At the same time, create opportunities for exchange, learning, solidarity and attachment between localities and promote the tourism image of Phu Tho province to compatriots and tourists.
The Cultural Camp takes place from April 9 to April 18 (ie from March 1 to March 10 of the lunar calendar) at Phu Bung hill area of Hung Kings’ Temple historical relic site with the participation of 13 districts, cities and towns in Phu Tho province.
In addition to displaying handicraft products, typical products, traditional cuisine, tourism products and rich products of local businesses, during the Camp there will also be Cultural activities, arts, sports, folk performances, ethnic folk songs performances, creating regional cultural highlights at the Hung Kings’ Death Anniversary - Hung Kings’ Temple Festival and Fatherland Culture - Tourism Week in 2024.
