Announcement of Provincial Chairman’s Decisions on Organizational Restructuring and Personnel Arrangements

On the afternoon of February 25, the People’s Committee of Phu Tho Province held a conference to implement the Resolution of the Provincial People’s Council on the establishment and reorganization of provincial-level specialized agencies. The conference also announced decisions by the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee regarding organizational restructuring and personnel arrangements. The event was chaired by Mr. Bui Van Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.

At the conference, Mr. Phan Trong Tan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, announced the Resolution of the Provincial People’s Council regarding the establishment and restructuring of specialized agencies under the Provincial People’s Committee.

Following this, the conference also announced the Resolution of the Provincial People’s Council confirming the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee (Term XIX, 2021-2026). Mr. Nguyen Manh Son, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Viet Tri City Party Committee, and Chairman of Viet Tri City People’s Council, was officially appointed to this role. Additionally, the decision to establish the Phu Tho Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board was announced.

Based on the resolutions and decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel matters, as well as the resolution of the Provincial People’s Council on the reorganization of specialized agencies, Chairman Bui Van Quang signed decisions to appoint Directors and Deputy Directors of various specialized agencies and units under the Provincial People’s Committee.

At the conference, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People’s Committee, including Mr. Phan Trong Tan, Mr. Nguyen Manh Son, and Mr. Nguyen Huy Ngoc, presented appointment decisions and congratulatory flowers to the newly appointed Deputy Directors of provincial departments.

Additionally, the conference recognized and congratulated Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Department of Education and Training, for successfully completing his tenure as he officially retires from March 1, 2025.

After more than two months of urgent, responsible, and efficient work, the Provincial People’s Committee has successfully completed the restructuring of provincial agencies. The number of specialized agencies has been reduced from 19 to 14. At the same time, officials have been promptly reassigned and appointed, ensuring the smooth operation of provincial agencies and the overall governance system.
