Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee attends the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Hien Da High School

On November 16, Hien Da High School, Cam Khe district, held a ceremony to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the school’s establishment and received the Third Class Labor Medal.

Mr. Bui Van Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, awarded the Third Class Labor Medal, presented the Banner of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, and presented flowers to congratulate the school.

Participating were Comrade Bui Van Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; comrades: Nguyen Dinh Cuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Nguyen Van Manh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training.

Hien Da High School was established on October 15, 1984, from the branch of Cam Khe High School with 8 classes and 20 cadres, teachers, and staff. After 40 years of construction and development, the school now has 22 classes with 941 students; 100% of the school’s teachers have met or exceeded the standards; the infrastructure system is well-invested; the annual high school graduation rate is always from 98 to 100%; the rate of students passing the university entrance exam is high. The school was recognized as a national standard school level 1 in 2019.

From this school, more than 10,000 students have graduated, grown up, and contributed their efforts and intelligence to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. Many former students of the school have become scientists, armed forces, and key officials at all levels of government and organizations from the central to local levels.

With its achievements, the school has been recognized as an Excellent Labor Collective for many consecutive years and has been awarded emulation flags, certificates of merit, and many other noble awards by the government, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Provincial People’s Committee. In particular, in the 2023-2024 school year, the school was honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal from the President.

At the ceremony, authorized by the President, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Bui Van Quang awarded the Third Class Labor Medal, presented the Banner of the Provincial Party Committee, and presented flowers to congratulate the school. Leaders of the Department of Education and Training and leaders of Cam Khe district presented flowers to congratulate teachers and students of the school.

On this occasion, outstanding collectives and individuals were honored to receive Certificates of Merit from the Minister of Education and Training.
