Determined Victory Emulation Congress of the Provincial Armed Forces: Solidarity - Proactivity - Creativity - Decide to Win

On July 3, the Provincial People’s Committee solemnly organized the Determine-to-Win Emulation Congress of the Provincial Armed Forces for the period 2019-2024 with the theme “Solidarity - Proactive - Creativity - Determination”.

Over the past 5 years, the Determined Victory Movement and the emulation and reward work of the Provincial Armed Forces have always received the attention and direction of the Party Committee, the Command and agencies of Military Zone 2, party committees, authorities, socio-political organizations and command agencies and units. Emulation content and targets closely follow the political tasks of agencies, units and localities. Therefore, the Emulation Movement has developed enthusiastically and widely, attracting a large number of officers and soldiers of the Armed Forces to enthusiastically participate, and is supported by the people. It has truly become a great driving force for building a clean and strong Party organization; The province’s armed forces are comprehensively strong and “exemplary and typical”; create favorable conditions for the province’s economic and social development, building the homeland to become increasingly rich and strong.

With typical and excellent achievements over the past 5 years, the Provincial Military Party Committee has continuously been recognized as a clean and strong Party organization, with more than 98% of party members well and excellently completing their tasks; For many years, the Provincial Armed Forces have been awarded the Emulation Flag by the Government, the Ministry of Defense, the Command of Military Zone 2 and the Provincial People’s Committee. At the Determined Victory Congress of the Provincial Armed Forces in the 2019-2024 period, 46 collectives and 40 typical advanced individuals were honored and rewarded.

At the Congress, Lieutenant General Pham Duc Duyen and Provincial Party Secretary Bui Minh Chau presented flower baskets to congratulate the success of the Congress with the hope that officers and soldiers of the Provincial Armed Forces continue to gain many new achievements in implementing the determined victory movements, contributing to building a revolutionary, regular, elite, gradually modern Provincial Armed Forces capable of successfully completing all tasks. The Provincial Party Secretary also presented flowers and gifts to honor the People’s Armed Forces Heroes Nguyen Xuoc Hien and Nguyen Huu Quyen.
