As part of the series of cultural, sports, and tourism activities for the Hung Kings“Commemoration and the Fatherland Culture - Tourism Week 2025, the Hung Kings Museum, in collaboration with the Vinh Phuc Provincial Museum - Library, will organize the thematic exhibition “Hung Kings” Culture in the Flow of the Red River Civilization” from March 24 to April 20 at the Hung Kings Museum.
The exhibition consists of two main sections: Outstanding cultural heritage from the Hung Kings' era in Phu Tho Province and Archaeological traces of the pre-Hung Kings period in Vinh Phuc Province. It will showcase images and notable artifacts from the Phung Nguyen, Go Mun, and Dong Son cultures discovered in Phu Tho. Additionally, it will feature artifacts, images, and intangible cultural heritage, such as the Hung Kings' Worship Belief and Xoan Singing of Phu Tho. The exhibition will also display collections of artifacts and images related to the Phung Nguyen - Dong Dau - Go Mun - Dong Son cultures found in Vinh Phuc Province. Visitors can also watch documentary films about the Hung Kings“Worship Belief, Xoan Singing, and other significant cultural heritage of the Hung Kings” era in Vinh Phuc.
As part of the program, the Hung Kings Museum will organize history lessons to help students better understand the historical traditions and cultural heritage of the Hung Kings in Phu Tho and Vinh Phuc. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in hands-on experiences, including practicing Xoan Singing and playing traditional folk games at the museum.
