The Party Secretary emphasized that alongside the roles and responsibilities of the Provincial People’s Committee, departments, and branches, it is vital to leverage the roles and responsibilities of members of the Standing Board and Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in leading, directing, and resolving difficulties, especially regarding site clearance, administrative procedure settlement, and key project execution. Sectors and levels must step up coordination to ensure all stages and procedures run smoothly, synchronously, and effectively for the province’s shared development goals.
He requested the Department of Finance, as the standing agency, to regularly monitor, urge, and report on implementation; proactively advising decisive and timely solutions without allowing difficulties and obstacles to impact growth targets.
Agencies and units must strengthen administrative discipline, uphold leadership responsibility, and decisively reassign cadres who fail to meet requirements, ensuring tasks are deployed on schedule with the highest efficiency.
