The Du Village Cultural House in Xuan Dai commune commenced construction on June 30, 2026. The facility covers an area of over 300 square meters, built sturdily and spaciously with brick walls and reinforced concrete structures. Auxiliary components include a concrete yard spanning over 140 square meters, alongside synchronized drainage and lighting systems, guaranteeing functional utility for sports, cultural, and community activities.

After 3 months of construction, the Du Village Cultural House was completed and accepted on September 30, 2026—ensuring quality, technical specifications, and aesthetic standards. The project carries a total investment of 2.5 billion VND. Construction funding was extracted from the “For the Poor” Fund of the Ministry of National Defense to support residents in rural regions, particularly localities facing socio-economic difficulties nationwide.

The Du Village Cultural House was completed and handed over for use right on the occasion of celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Military Region 2 Armed Forces (October 19, 1946 – October 19, 2026). The facility fundamentally resolves community gathering venue challenges while firmly consolidating public trust in Party leadership and the close-knit, blood-and-flesh solidarity between the military and the people.
On this occasion, Military Region 2 and the Provincial Military Command presented meaningful gifts to Du village, Xuan Dai commune.
