According to the report from Dai Dinh Commune, the 2026 Tay Thien Spring Festival will take place from April 2 to 4, 2026 (the 15th to 17th day of the second lunar month), consisting of two main parts: the Ceremonial part and the Festival part.
The Ceremonial part will be organized solemnly with traditional rituals such as the offering ceremony, palanquin procession, opening ceremony, and thanksgiving ceremony, expressing the people’s deep respect for the National Mother of Tay Thien. The Festival part features various cultural, sporting, and tourism activities, creating a vibrant atmosphere in early Spring.
Directing the organization work, Vice Chairwoman Phung Thi Kim Nga requested the locality to urgently review and complete all categories, proactively building detailed and scientific organizational scripts to ensure synchronization and professionalism.
In particular, it is essential to improve the quality of reception and service for delegates and tourists, contributing to building a friendly and civilized image of the locality. She also emphasized strengthening measures to ensure security and order, tightening residency management, and increasing the inspection and supervision of service businesses. The goal is to ensure the festival takes place safely and healthily, meeting the requirements of the people and tourists.
Regarding service activities within the relic site, the Vice Chairwoman noted the need for strict management. She urged for increased communication to encourage business households to strictly follow regulations on price listing, selling at the correct price, and avoiding soliciting or overcharging tourists. At the same time, focus must be placed on ensuring food safety and hygiene, as well as preserving the landscape to maintain a green, clean, beautiful, and civilized tourism environment. This will create a joyful and excited atmosphere for local people and visitors from all over.
