Making good of site clearance

Binh Phu commune, Phu Ninh district was established on the basis of arranging and merging 3 commune-level administrative units: Binh Bo, Vinh Phu, and Tu Da. In recent years, Binh Phu commune has had many projects implemented that requires land recovery, including the investment project to build works to renovate, reinforce and upgrade Au Co road passing through the commune with a total of 2.8km long, phase 1 that currently has the site handed over to the carpet construction unit, and 1.8km of land to be recovered from 236 households with an area of ​​about 40,000m2. In addition, the local authority is also recovering land to hand over premises for projects of investment, industrial production infrastructure business and services in Tu Da - An Dao Industrial Complex. Although the site clearance area is relatively large, involving many households in the area of ​​land recovery, but by inheriting and promoting effective methods, up to now, the measurement has basically been completed and procedures are being completed to pay compensation and ensure the progress of handing over the site to the Investor.

Mr. Ha Ke Tai - Chairman of Binh Phu Commune People’s Committee said: Carrying out site clearance of the district’s high-tech agricultural zone construction project, the commune has handed over the site to ensure progress. The commune mobilized people in 4 residential areas to donate 3 hectares of land for transportation infrastructure in the project area. To ensure people’s rights and create convenience of continuous land plots to facilitate the peoeple’s cultivation and farming, the commune has implemented land consolidation and land exchange; Choose a suitable time to plant markers, organize a draw to divide fields based on the principles of democratic centralism, openness and transparency. Thanks to that, people happily and voluntarily donated land to hand over the site to the project investor.
