Meeting to celebrate the 42nd anniversary of the establishment of LICOGI 14 Joint Stock Company

On March 21, at the Provincial Convention Center, LICOGI 14 Joint Stock Company held a meeting to celebrate its 42nd anniversary of establishment.

LICOGI 14 Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Mechanized Construction Enterprise No. 14, was established in 1982 with the task of constructing and treating the foundation of Lao Cai Apatite ore beneficiation project - a key project supported by the Soviet Union. With a journey of 42 years of construction and development, up to now, the company has expanded its market to many provinces and cities nationwide, continuously winning bids for large-scale investment projects, hundreds of civil works, high-rise apartments, industry, transportation, irrigation, agriculture and other infrastructure works. The company is one of the leading, reputable enterprises of LICOGI Corporation, the Construction industry and the province. The unit was twice awarded the title of First Class Labor Medal.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Hai acknowledged and appreciated the efforts that generations of leaders and workers of the company have united and promoted the collective intellectual power to build the LICOGI 14 brand, which has continuously grown in all aspects over the past 42 years.

In the coming time, in the context of unpredictable world developments, he hopes that LICOGI 14 Joint Stock Company will continue to build and cultivate the professional spirit, culture, and ethics of businessmen; and do production and business in accordance with the law. Strengthen domestic and international market research; promote the strengths and potential of businesses, proactively restructure according to the Party and State’s policies on developing the digital economy, green economy, and circular economy. At the same time, businesses need to pay attention to the interests and improve the lives of employees in the company, accompany local authorities at all levels to actively participate in social security programs, and make good of the charity, humanitarian, gratitude and thank-giving activities, coordinating with the business community to create motivation for the development of our homeland.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Hai awarded Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People’s Committee to 4 collectives and 14 individuals with outstanding achievements in labor and production emulations.
