New Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Viet Tri City
On the afternoon of July 30, the 21st People’s Council of Viet Tri City for the term 2021 - 2026 held its sixth extraordinary session on personnel work.
At the session, the City People’s Council introduced and approved the proposal to elect a supplementary Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee for the 21st term, 2021 - 2026, for Comrade Bui Tan Nghia - Head of the Project Management Board for Infrastructure Construction, who also serves as the Director of the Comprehensive Socio-Economic Development Project Management Board of Viet Tri City. Accordingly, Comrade Bui Tan Nghia was elected with a voting rate of 100%.
In his closing speech at the session, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Manh Son affirmed: The People’s Council conducted the supplementary election of the Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee in accordance with the legal regulations, embodying a democratic spirit and high consensus. He urged, in his new position, Comrade Bui Tan Nghia to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity and unity, enhance his capabilities and expertise, and continuously learn to work together with the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Standing People’s Council, and the leadership of the City People’s Committee to focus on successfully directing the implementation of tasks related to socio-economic development, national defense, and security, ensuring the completion of tasks for the year 2024 and the following years
