On the morning of October 4, the Small and Medium Enterprises Association of Phu Tho Province and business associations across the Northwest region organized a cooperation forum among business associations of 5 provinces, alongside a gathering celebrating Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13).

Attending the conference were comrades: Bui Thi Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and provincial mass organizations, and Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Quang Vinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

Delivering welcoming remarks, Comrade Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Bui Thi Minh sent congratulations to entrepreneurs and the business community on the occasion of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13).
She noted that Phu Tho in particular and Northwest provinces in general are entering a new development stage featuring broader spaces, larger markets, higher requirements, alongside demands for innovating development mindsets, production organization methods, and linkage modes.

Reviewing the potential and advantages of Phu Tho and regional localities, Comrade Bui Thi Minh highlighted that connecting strengths can form inter-provincial and inter-regional value chains, creating larger-scale, higher-quality, and more competitive products.
She emphasized: Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo outlines key orientations to generate new momentum for the private economy.
Centrally, focus rests on constructing a favorable and equal business environment; safeguarding legal rights and interests of enterprises; and promoting linkages to form value chains and supply chains. This represents both an imperative demand and a vast opportunity for the business community.
From that orientation, she sent a message to the forum: Local authorities must accompany, enterprises must act as partners; shifting from competition to cooperation, and moving from individual operations to co-creating value.
Enterprises must grow strong through productivity, technology, and innovation, expanding market spaces; business growth must go hand-in-hand with social responsibility and entrepreneurial culture.

At the forum, delegates discussed and agreed to strengthen linkages, measuring effectiveness by practical member benefits and implementation results. Key principles include linking resources, expanding member privileges, offering concrete support for digital transformation and AI, recommending policies, perfecting linkage mechanisms, monitoring efficiency, tying corporate growth to community responsibility, and continuing the 2027 linkage program.
