Party Committee of Lam Thao Fertilizers and Chemicals Joint Stock Company: Successful completion of tasks

Although Lam Thao Fertilizers and Chemicals Joint Stock Company’s production and business activities face numerous challenges, the Company’s Party Committee has always followed the Party’s and the State’s guidelines, policies, and laws. They have maintained and promoted the leadership role, bringing the Company step by step through difficulties and challenges to achieve positive results in all areas.

In 2023, the Company’s value of industrial production (at actual price) reached 3,422 billion VND, equal to 100% of the plan; revenue from sales and service provision reached 3,568 billion VND, equal to 110% of the year plan, up 9%; and budget payment reached 47 billion VND, 100% of the year plan, up 10%. Profit before tax reached 142 billion VND, more than 118% of the year’s plan and a 27% increase. Employee’s average income reached approximately 12.2 million VND per month, up 11.2% from 2022.

In 2023, the Company was recognized with several awards for its outstanding performance. These awards included a Certificate of Merit from the Party Committee of Vietnam Chemical Group, an Emulation Flag from the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises, Vietnam Chemical Group, and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor

Previously, the Company was honored to receive the title of “Typical enterprises of Phu Tho province in the field of production, contributing to industrial restructuring, increasing the value of exports and increasing the provincial budget revenue” at the meeting program of typical enterprises and entrepreneurs in 2023 organized by the People’s Committee of Phu Tho province. It was also honored “Top 5 typical brands of Asia-Pacific” and “Typical products and services of Asia-Pacific”. Additionally, there was a research work honored in the Vietnam Innovation Yellow Book 2023.
