Over many generations, Cao Lan people have always been united and actively responded to participate in the Movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” while preserving, conserving and promoting the cultural values of their ethnic group, associated with the traditional festival of Ngoc Tan village communal house. In particular, in recent times, given the situation that a number of unique cultural features are at risk of disappearing, in order to preserve, conserve and promote the traditional cultural values of the Cao Lan people, local authorities together with the people of Ngoc Tan area, organized restoration of all activities in the cultural life of the Cao Lan ethnic group, establishing cultural and art clubs to practice, perform and teach to the younger generations traditional rituals, songs, and dances; preserved voice and costumes through communication and conversation.
At the same time, integrate the teaching of songs and performance melodies in schools in the area, and promote propaganda at residential activities so that people can clearly understand the meaning and cultural identity of ethnic minorities, thereby raising awareness and responsibility in preserving and promoting the unique cultural values of their ethnic groups.
