On the occasion of the 2026 Lunar New Year, on February 6, Mr. Tran Duy Dong — Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) — visited and extended Tet greetings to Hoang Son Trading Construction Investment JSC and R Vietnam Technical Research Co., Ltd. in Hoa Binh Ward. He was accompanied by leaders from several provincial departments and agencies.

At R Vietnam Technical Research Co., Ltd., a 100% Japanese-invested high-tech enterprise, the management reported on their operations. The company specializes in manufacturing optical lenses for 100% export to international markets, serving global giants such as Canon, Nikon, Sony, Tamron, and Pentax.

In the 2002–2025 period, the company’s total import-export turnover exceeded 357 million USD, with exports accounting for 235.5 million USD. In 2025 alone, export turnover reached 18.135 million USD, a 20% increase over 2024. The company currently provides stable jobs for over 845 employees, primarily locals, with an average monthly income of 10.4 million VND. In 2025, the enterprise contributed over 11.6 billion VND to the state budget.

Regarding Hoang Son Trading Construction Investment JSC, established in 2001, the company operates as a multi-industry conglomerate with an ecosystem of eight subsidiaries. Its business spans civil and industrial construction, renewable energy, building materials, and tourism.
The company maintains an average annual revenue of approximately 1,600 billion VND, employing over 1,000 workers. Its annual budget contribution averages over 100 billion VND. Notably, for the 2026 Lunar New Year, the company donated 720 Tet gift sets worth over 300 million VND to impoverished households across 46 wards and communes.

During the visits, Chairman Tran Duy Dong highly commended both enterprises for their resilience in maintaining production, generating jobs, and contributing to local socio-economic growth. He extended his best wishes for a healthy, happy, and successful New Year to all leaders and employees.
The Chairman reaffirmed that the province would continue to improve the investment environment, promptly resolve difficulties, and create favorable conditions for businesses to expand their operations effectively and contribute to the province’s sustainable development.

As part of the working program, Chairman Tran Duy Dong also inspected the facilities of the Political School in the Hoa Binh area. After receiving the status report, he directed relevant departments to propose an effective utilization plan for the headquarters to ensure efficiency and avoid waste.
