Ratification of Provincial Party Secretary Pham Dai Duong as Head of the 16th National Assembly Delegation of Phu Tho Province

On the afternoon of April 6, within the framework of the First Session of the 16th National Assembly, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man presented the Resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee ratifying the Heads of the 16th National Assembly Delegations for 34 provinces and cities nationwide.

According to Resolution No. 28/NQ-UBTVQH16, the National Assembly Standing Committee ratified the election results for Mr. Pham Dai Duong — Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee — to hold the position of Head of the 16th National Assembly Delegation of Phu Tho Province.

Simultaneously, under Resolution No. 63/NQ-UBTVQH16, the National Assembly Standing Committee ratified the election of Ms. Dang Bich Ngoc — Member of the Provincial Party Committee — as the Full-time Deputy Head of the 16th National Assembly Delegation of Phu Tho Province.

Furthermore, via Resolution No. 78/NQ-UBTVQH16, the National Assembly Standing Committee ratified the election of Mr. Nguyen Van Manh — Member of the Provincial Party Committee — as the Full-time Deputy Head of the 16th National Assembly Delegation of Phu Tho Province.

The aforementioned resolutions took effect on the date of signing (April 6, 2026).

Previously, on April 5, the 16th National Assembly Delegation of Phu Tho Province held its first meeting to elect the Head and Deputy Heads for the 2026–2031 term. The election results were reported by the Board for Deputy Affairs and submitted to the National Assembly Standing Committee for official consideration and ratification.
