On November 4, Comrade Tran Viet Cuong — Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Department of Home Affairs — chaired a meeting with BYD Electronic Vietnam Co., Ltd. to exchange views and coordinate in resolving difficulties in recruitment work and stabilizing the workforce serving the company’s production.

Director of the Department of Home Affairs Tran Viet Cuong chairing the meeting.
BYD Electronic Vietnam Co., Ltd. operates at Phu Ha Industrial Park. Over the past period, relevant departments, sectors, and units have actively accompanied the enterprise in connecting supply and demand and supporting labor recruitment. However, the company is currently facing labor fluctuations (primarily due to workers job-hopping), adversely affecting manufacturing operations and investment progress.
The enterprise representative stated that from now through January 2027, the company requires recruiting 5,000 additional workers, including 100 technicians.
At the meeting, representatives from specialized divisions of the Department of Home Affairs analyzed the causes leading to labor fluctuations, including issues related to compensation packages, policies for workers, management practices, and the effectiveness of coordination with labor supply agencies.
Affirming ongoing support for the enterprise’s recruitment demands in the spirit of the Provincial People’s Committee Chairman’s directive, Director of the Department of Home Affairs Tran Viet Cuong requested BYD Electronic Vietnam Co., Ltd. to proactively provide complete recruitment information to boost connections via employment information channels, media systems, and job exchange fairs.
The Director assigned the Employment Service Center to share information regarding labor sources seeking employment. Concurrently, step up connections and urge functional labor supply units to proactively coordinate with BYD Electronic Vietnam Co., Ltd. in formulating recruitment plans and roadmaps based on practical demands.
The Director of the Department of Home Affairs suggested that alongside supply connection solutions, the enterprise needs to pay greater attention to compensation and benefit policies, regularly capturing workers' thoughts and aspirations to limit resignations and job-hopping. This represents the core solution not only to address immediate recruitment needs but also to step-by-step stabilize human resources, guarantee manufacturing and business operations, and create conditions for the enterprise to develop sustainably in the province.
