U23 Singapore and U23 Yemen come to Phu Tho with high determination
On the afternoon of September 2, the two teams U23 Singapore and U23 Yemen were present at the Saigon - Phu Tho hotel to prepare for Group C Qualifying Round - 2024 U23 Asian Cup.
The Singapore U23 team under the leadership of Coach Nasir brought 23 faces to Vietnam with the core being players from the Young Lions Club participating in the S-League. Although Coach Nasir did not call up two very notable names, Ilhan Faldi and Khairin Nadim, U23 Singapore still has 12 names who attended SEA Games 32 in Cambodia.
Meanwhile, the U23 Yemen Team is preparing very carefully for the U23 Asian Qualifying Round after the two important training trips in Egypt and Iraq. Coach Miroslav Soukup and his team are considered by experts to be the number one competitor with the Vietnam U23 Team for first place in Group C. Therefore, Czech Strategist Miroslav Soukup has called up 15 names who are regular members of their National Team.
Tomorrow, the remaining team and also the opponent in the opening match of the U23 Vietnam, U23 Guam, will also go to Phu Tho to prepare for the Group C Qualifying Round - 2024 AFC U23 Asian Cup taking place on Viet Tri Stadium from September 6 to 12.
