However, a number of firms in the categories of building materials production, market wood processing, mechanical manufacturing... continue to face significant challenges as a result of constricted markets, lower consumption, and reduced sales volume, as well as enormous inventories. At the same time, the province authorized the Project/adjustment of the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 for 16 projects, as well as views on planning and adjusting the master plan and architectural designs for 15 of them. The province also agreed to the strategy and assigned the People’s Committee of Cam Khe district to study, survey, and make thorough planning for social housing and expert housing in Cam Khe industrial park; Issued 38 permits and amended six construction permits. Environmental protection in the Industrial Park has improved significantly, with all projects receiving authorized environmental impact assessments or environmental permits prior to construction. To far, 200 projects have been given environmental licenses while operating. Many firms have invested in waste treatment facilities, which collect, store, and remove garbage in accordance with rules. The centralized wastewater treatment plants at Thuy Van Industrial Park (Viet Tri city) and Phu Ha Industrial Park (Phu Tho town) run smoothly, purifying water to satisfy criteria (column A) before it is released into the environment. The world’s political and economic security environment is expected to remain challenging in 2024, with delayed recovery, having a significant impact on company production operations, particularly export firms. The Management Board of Industrial Parks has formulated strategies, proactively shared, collaborated, and created favorable conditions for enterprises to invest by promoting attained goals, directing resources, and reducing challenges and impediments. Successful business investment in industrial zones, with the objective of contributing around VND1,800 billion to the state budget and exporting approximately USD15,000 million.
