The Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism held a training session to establish a Muong ethnic folk culture activity club in Lai Dong commune, Tan Son district, from October 31 to November 3.

There are craftsmen, village elders, village leaders, respected individuals, and Muong ethnic pupils in the training class.

Participate in the training class alongside 45 other individuals, including craftsmen, village elders, village leaders, respected people, and members of the Vung I area, Lai Dong commune, Tan Son district folk culture activities club.

At the training session, craftsmen taught students fundamental information about the club’s structure, management, and maintenance; talents in staging, producing cultural programs, teaching skills in writing introductions, hosting programs, performing various forms of folk performances such as Rang singing, Vi singing, Gong singing, Dam duong... This is one of the contents of the Plan to Implement the Project “Preserving and Promoting the Fine Traditional Cultural Values of Ethnic Minorities Associated with Tourism Development” under the National Target Program socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas of the province.
