Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, visited the Industrial Cluster of Quang Yen (Thanh Ba district) and Phu Ho Industrial Park (Phu Tho town) on March 8 to check on the status of the investment project in construction and infrastructure.

He urged that Thanh Ba district and Phu Tho town focus on analyzing and addressing challenges and obstructions related to project payments and site clearance in order to assure development. Coordinate closely with key departments and branches, as well as the investor, to create a precise strategy for project execution and completion. Specifically, the timetables for making land clearance compensation payments, presenting to the Provincial People’s Committee for a decision to alter land use purposes, executing technical infrastructure investment, and attracting investment... In such case, the focus must be on finishing the building of resettlement area infrastructure before handing over resettlement land to families.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee underlined that both the Quang Yen and Phu Ho Industrial Cluster are conveniently located near the Phu Tho-Tuyen Quang Expressway, National Highway 2, and the Noi Bai-Lao Cai Expressway, making them ideal for moving goods and attracting investment. As a result, Thanh Ba district and Phu Tho town must mobilize the entire political system to participate in site clearance; promote propaganda work to create consensus among the people, thereby contributing to accelerating the progress of investment in industrial cluster technical infrastructure to proactively “get ahead” of the wave of investment in Industrial Parks - Industrial Cluster when the system Traffic, particularly highways in the area, is completed. Site clearance to service the project must be thorough, synchronous, tight, and timely. Furthermore, it is important to prepare legal documentation in order to undertake forced counting and land recovery in situations of purposeful failure to surrender the properties.

Relevant departments and branches direct specialized agencies to develop and carry out project-related processes in a coordinated way. The Thanh Ba District People’s Committee authorized specialized agencies to analyze land-related information and collaborate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to fully address issues connected to establishing land type and user land... as a foundation for land recovery. The Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Investor (Nam Hoang Viet Joint Stock Company) works closely with the Compensation, Support, and Resettlement Council of localities to complete declaration, counting, and submission to district and town People’s Committees for approval. Approve compensation and payment arrangements for businesses, people, and families, particularly completing the measurement and settlement documentation by March 2024. Closely collaborate with municipalities to invest in road infrastructure in industrial clusters, properly plan resources, and be ready to expedite technical infrastructure investment in industrial clusters, therefore contributing to local socioeconomic development.
