In the coming time, the city will continue to clear land for transitional projects, new projects, focusing on key projects of the province and the city, public investment projects, and land fund-generating projects for allocation and auction of land use rights such as: Southwest New Urban Area Project (Minh Nong ward), Tien Cat urban housing area (Tien Cat ward)... Coordinate closely with investors to accelerate the compensation and site clearance progress for economic, transportation and urban infrastructure projects in the area; Continue to complete documents and carry out enforced land recovery for a number of non-compliant households at Minh Tan Urban Housing Project, Minh Nong Ward and Truong Chinh Street Project.
