Viet Tri City implements compensation and site clearance for 84 projects
In 2024, Viet Tri City carries out compensation and site clearance for 84 transitional projects; at the same time, strengthens review and resolves problems in implementing projects, focusing on key projects of the province and city.
In the first 6 months of the year, the city counted 19.82 hectares of land belonging to 983 households with a total value of 74 billion VND. Organized to pay 5.55 billion VND to 150 households on an area of 1.57 hectares; The remainder are continuing to complete procedures of payment and handover of the premises according to the regulations. Organized forced land recovery for 12 non-compliant households at the Southwest New Urban Area Project, Minh Nong ward and 2 households at the Viet-Czech New Urban Area Project, Trung Vuong commune. Continued to complete documents and requested forced land recovery for a number of households at Minh Tan Urban Housing Area Project, Minh Nong ward.
In the coming time, the city will continue to clear land for transitional projects, new projects, focusing on key projects of the province and the city, public investment projects, and land fund-generating projects for allocation and auction of land use rights such as: Southwest New Urban Area Project (Minh Nong ward), Tien Cat urban housing area (Tien Cat ward)... Coordinate closely with investors to accelerate the compensation and site clearance progress for economic, transportation and urban infrastructure projects in the area; Continue to complete documents and carry out enforced land recovery for a number of non-compliant households at Minh Tan Urban Housing Project, Minh Nong Ward and Truong Chinh Street Project.
