On the morning of July 30, at Thuong Temple on Nghia Linh mountain within the Hung King Temple Historical Site, a delegation from the Provincial Party Committee, led by Mr. Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, offered incense to pay tribute to the Hung Kings and their predecessors who contributed to building and defending the nation. The ceremony marked preparations for the first Congress of the newly established Provincial People’s Committee Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.

In the solemn and sacred atmosphere at the nation’s ancestral land, the delegation respectfully offered incense, flowers, and offerings to express deep gratitude to the Hung Kings and national predecessors. On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Tran Duy Dong and the delegation reported to the Hung Kings the official establishment and operation of the Provincial People’s Committee Party Committee, as well as the preparations for the first Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term.

The Provincial People’s Committee Party Committee officially came into operation on July 1, 2025. Formed through the merger of the Party Committees of the People’s Committees of the former Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, and Hoa Binh provinces, the newly established Committee now manages 64 grassroots-level Party organizations, with over 13,000 Party members.
The first Party Congress of the Provincial People’s Committee Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term aims to build a clean and strong Party organization, develop a contingent of upright, dedicated, and professional cadres and Party members, promote digital transformation, strengthen administrative reform and public service discipline, effectively fulfill political tasks, and contribute to leading Phu Tho province into a new era alongside the nation.
Before the ancestors, the Provincial People’s Committee Party Committee pledged to uphold the spirit of unity, to continue striving, training, and contributing to building a prosperous, beautiful, and civilized homeland, worthy of the trust and affection of the Party, the State, and the People.

Following the incense offering ceremony at Thuong Temple, the delegation also offered incense at the Hung Kings’ Mausoleum and laid flowers at the bas-relief sculpture featuring President Ho and soldiers of 308 Infantry Division (the Pioneer Army) under the 12th Army Corps.
