Investment Preparations Underway for 16 Healthcare Projects over the 2026–2030 Period

The Department of Health is finalizing statutory procedures and dossiers to report to the Provincial People’s Committee, which will then submit them to the Provincial People’s Council for approval of the public investment plan targeting 16 healthcare projects over the 2026–2030 period, requiring a total investment of approximately 2,900 billion VND.

Investment Preparations Underway for 16 Healthcare Projects over the 2026–2030 Period

Tam Nong Regional Medical Center has received intensive investments, rendering it spacious and modern.

Within this portfolio, the project commanding the largest capital allocation is the construction and upgrade of the Tam Duong Regional Medical Center with a total budget of 338 billion VND. Conversely, the project requiring the lowest capital footprint is the Fire Prevention and Fighting System Upgrade Project at the Provincial General Hospital, valued at 70 billion VND.

This lineup belongs to the project group tasked with executing Resolution No. 72 of the Politburo on breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care, and improvement of public health.

The investment portfolios concentrate on constructing and upgrading the physical infrastructure of 12 Regional Medical Centers alongside key hospitals, including the Vinh Phuc Mental Health Hospital, the Phu Tho Provincial General Hospital, the Hoa Binh General Hospital, and the Vinh Phuc Transport Hospital.

Once completed, these projects will efficiently contribute to advancing Phu Tho Province’s healthcare system toward a progressive, modern path, step-by-step satisfying the criteria for regional and international integration.
