The tournament is held annually on the occasion of the Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day to create a lively, joyful atmosphere alongside various cultural activities. It serves as a meaningful platform to encourage and promote physical exercise and sports, enhance the spiritual life of local residents in particular, and festivalgoers from across the country in general. At the same time, it fosters exchange, solidarity, and cohesion among people of all ethnic groups throughout the province.
