"When the province emphasized removing barriers and granting authority alongside clear responsibility, we became bolder. Issues within the commune’s jurisdiction are now resolved decisively rather than being pushed to higher levels."

From the business side, the perception of Phu Tho’s investment environment is shifting positively. Mr. Hoang Quang Vinh, Director of Quang Vinh Manufacturing and Trading Co., Ltd., highly appreciates the government’s companionship. "What businesses need is not just incentives, but transparency and a receptive attitude. We can now interact directly with authorities and receive timely feedback," Mr. Vinh said. This approach fosters the confidence needed for businesses to invest further and commit long-term to the locality—a key foundation for sustainable growth.
