Provincial Party Secretary Pham Dai Duong delivers a speech of encouragement and New Year greetings to the staff and lecturers of Hung Vuong University.
In the warm atmosphere of the early spring days, the Provincial Party Secretary expressed his delight and highly appreciated the long-standing tradition and steady development of Hung Vuong University in recent times.
He affirmed that the university is a core training and research institution, playing a vital role in meeting the province’s demand for high-quality human resources in the coming period. The Secretary emphasized that the administrative merger of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, and Hoa Binh provinces not only opens up a vast development space but also creates a breakthrough strategic position for the province.
This region is now the focal point for regional connectivity, linking Hanoi and the Red River Delta with the Northern Midlands and Mountains. Furthermore, the province holds significant international integration advantages through national key transport infrastructure, such as Noi Bai International Airport and the Hanoi - Lao Cai high-speed railway and expressway connecting to China.

Secretary Pham Dai Duong and the delegation visit the university’s development model and infrastructure spatial orientation.
The Secretary noted that the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and especially the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress (2025-2030) have set new development orientations. These policies demand a spirit of decisive action and set high requirements for the progress of both the country and the locality.
Identifying Hung Vuong University as both a high-quality human resource training center and a key scientific research unit, the Secretary requested the university to unite with the Provincial Party Committee and the people to successfully achieve set goals. This will contribute to the national aspiration: Making Vietnam a developing country with modern industry and upper-middle income by 2030, and a developed, high-income, prosperous, and civilized nation by 2045.

On the occasion of the New Year, the Year of the Horse 2026, the Provincial Party Secretary extended his best wishes to the Party Committee, the leadership, the teachers, and the students of Hung Vuong University, wishing them good health, family happiness, and great career success.
To mark this visit, Secretary Pham Dai Duong presented six books to the university library. He expressed his hope that these books would serve as a source of inspiration for the university’s staff, lecturers, and students to constantly innovate their creative thinking and expand their vision. Through this, he aims to equip students with a solid foundation for their future, enabling them to contribute meaningfully to the cause of building and developing their homeland.
