Remote traffic flow distribution ensures traffic safety on the occasion of Hung Kings’ Death Anniversary - Hung Kings’ Temple Festival

To proactively ensure traffic order and safety, prevent traffic jams in the Hung Kings’ Temple site and roads in the province to serve people’s convenient and safe travel, Phu Tho Provincial Police has developed a plan for remote traffic flow distribution on the occasion of the Hung Kings’ Death Anniversary - Hung Kings’ Temple Festival in 2024.

Accordingly, cars from Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway to the IC7 intersection, will go along Phu Dong, Truong Chinh, Nguyen Tat Thanh roads to the Central parking lot of the Hung Kings’ Temple historical relic site or the parking lot on the way to the Martyrs' Memorial.

For the vehicles getting to the IC8 intersection, they will go along National Highway 2, to the intersection of the Military Region 2 gas station, turn right into National Highway 32C to the parking lot on the way to the Martyrs' Memorial or go straight to the Central parking lot of the Hung Kings’ Temple historical relic site.

For vehicles from Vinh Phuc, following National Highway 2 through Hac Tri bridge or Viet Tri bridge, they will go along Nguyen Tat Thanh street to the Central parking lot of the Hung Kings’ Temple historical relic site or the parking lot on the way to the Martyrs' Memorial.

For the vehicles coming from Vinh Phuc through Vinh Phu bridge, they will go along extended Nguyen Du street, then turn into Nguyen Tat Thanh street to enter the Central parking lot of the Hung Kings’ Temple historical relic site or the parking lot on the way to the Martyrs' Memorial.

For vehicles from Hanoi, they will go through Van Lang bridge, ahead to the intersection with Hung Vuong street, then turn left into Hung Vuong street (to the intersection with Nguyen Tat Thanh street), turn left into Nguyen Tat Thanh or from Hanoi through Van Lang bridge, turn left into National Highway 32C to avoid entering Viet Tri City, and continue going to Km 10+800, then turn right into Truong Chinh street to Nguyen Tat Thanh street → the Central parking lot of the Hung Kings’ Temple historical relic site or on Nguyen Tat Thanh street or the parking lots on the way to the Martyrs' Memorial.

For vehicles coming from Tuyen Quang and Yen Bai, they will follow National Highway 2 to the intersection with National Highway 32C (Military Region 2 Gas Station), turn right into National Highway 32C to the parking lot on the way to the the Martyrs' Memorial or the Central parking lot of the Hung Kings’ Temple Historical Relic Site.

Vehicles coming from Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai province, Doan Hung and Thanh Ba districts will follow the Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho Expressway onto Ho Chi Minh road, go to IC9 intersection or IC8 intersection (Noi Bai - Lao Cai) and turn left into National Highway 2, to Km 67+300 (Military Region 2 gas station intersection), turn right to → National Highway 32C → the parking lot on the way to the Martyrs' Memorial or go straight to the Central parking lot of the Hung Kings’ Temple Historical Relic Site.

Vehicles from Hanoi, Son La, Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and the districts of Tam Nong, Thanh Son, Cam Khe, Thanh Thuy, Yen Lap, Tan Son (Phu Tho) will follow National Highway 32, 32C through Phong Chau bridge to avoid entering Viet Tri city and then enter Highway 32C to access Tien Kien intersection to enter the Central parking lot of the Hung Kings’ Temple historical relic site or the parking lot on the way to the Martyrs' Memorial.

Particularly for taxis coming from National Highway 2, they are instructed to stop for dropping off passengers and turning around at the beginning of Lu Gia Street (3-way intersection with Provincial Road 325C). Vehicles traveling from Lam Thao along Highway 32C are instructed to drop off passengers, and turn around in the outside area, at the main gate of Hung Kings’ Temple (adjacent to the entrance to the garden area).

Vehicles from Mieu Bridge (on the road to Chu Hoa Commune People’s Committee), through Regiment 652 and Nguyen Tat Thanh Street are instructed to stop to drop off passengers and turn around near the intersection of Nguyen Tat Thanh Street and National Highway 32C (adjacent to the Central parking lot). They are not allowed to enter the area inside Hung Kings’ Temple, or to stop or park along the road to pick up or drop off passengers.

All types of motorbikes will have to follow the instructions of the traffic police force at Hung Kings’ Temple site. They will be parked in parking lots 1, 2 and 3 according to the regulations.
