The investor of the NO3 High-Rise Social Housing Area (Nong Trang ward) reporting project implementation progress to the working delegation.
The working delegation conducted on-site inspections of 7 social housing projects, comprising: NO3 High-Rise Social Housing Area (Nong Trang ward); Au Lac High-Rise Independent Social Housing Area – Que Trao Quarter (Viet Tri ward); and 5 projects in Thanh Mieu ward (Tien Cat Social Housing Area, Ngoc Ha Social Housing Area, Social Housing Area in Thanh Cong Quarter, Social Housing Area in Thanh Mieu Ward, and Social Housing Area on the residential unit land plot in Thanh Mieu Ward).
Through inspection, the social housing projects across the area are basically being implemented by investors according to plan; several projects have achieved high construction volumes, guaranteeing target schedules.
However, a number of projects remain behind schedule compared to requirements, primarily due to obstacles in site clearance, geology, construction conditions, material prices, and labor supply.

The working delegation inspecting the progress and construction options for Social Housing on the residential unit land plot in Thanh Mieu Ward.
At the inspection session, representatives of investors and contractors recommended resolving several difficulties and bottlenecks arising during project execution. Among these, cramped construction sites adjacent to residential areas and traffic thoroughfares; several households obstructing the deployment of auxiliary items; and prolonged rainy weather affecting construction schedules.
In addition, rising construction material prices and labor costs compared to published rate lists have increased investment costs and exerted pressure on meeting project timelines.

The investor mobilizing personnel and machinery to accelerate construction progress for the Social Housing Area in Thanh Mieu Ward.
Taking note of these opinions, the working delegation requested investors and contractors to focus on accelerating construction progress to ensure alignment with set plans, while strictly adhering to occupational safety regulations. In particular, significant attention must be paid to environmental sanitation and ensuring drainage systems function properly during the rainy season; transportation of construction materials must follow regulations to prevent spillage from impacting the environment and traffic.
Units must also fully execute temporary residence declarations for construction workers; paying attention to ensuring living conditions and daily welfare to help minimize emerging social issues in the area.
Regarding the petitions and proposals from investors and construction units, the working delegation absorbed, synthesized, and will report them to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
