500 Areca Leaf Fans Given Free to Pilgrims at Hung Temple

In preparation for the Hung Kings' Commemoration - Hung Temple Festival and the Ancestral Land Culture and Tourism Week 2026, the Star Eco Ancestral Land Ecological Cooperative, in collaboration with the Phu Tho Provincial Youth Union, organized the first phase of gifting 500 areca leaf fans for free to locals and tourists visiting the Hung Temple Historic Site. These fans will be distributed directly by Youth Union members during the festival to assist pilgrims in the hot weather.

500 Areca Leaf Fans Given Free to Pilgrims at Hung Temple

Areca leaf fans will be distributed for free by Youth Union volunteers to pilgrims at the Hung Temple Historic Site.

Areca leaf fans are environmentally friendly products made from natural materials by the Star Eco Ancestral Land Ecological Cooperative. Using these fans not only provides practical convenience but also spreads a powerful message of reducing plastic waste during festival activities.

This activity demonstrates the shock-force and volunteer spirit of the youth in environmental protection, contributing to building a “Green - Clean - Beautiful” Hung Temple Festival that is both civilized and modern while remaining deeply imbued with national identity. Simultaneously, it promotes a unique local product of the Ancestral Land to a wide range of domestic and international tourists.

This is a meaningful activity within the framework of the 2026 Hung Kings' Commemoration, showcasing the image of the friendly and hospitable people of Phu Tho.
