April on Key Construction Projects

As April arrives, the land of Phu Tho is not only filled with the sacred atmosphere of the Ancestral Anniversary but also pulsating with the hurried rhythm of key construction sites. Everywhere, the spirit of “overcoming the sun, defeating the rain” prevails as forces are mobilized to bring projects to the finish line on schedule, contributing to a modern facade and the surging aspirations of the Ancestral Land.

Identifying key projects as the “key” to opening new development spaces, the province has focused its resources and demonstrated strong political determination across all construction fronts. Accordingly, local authorities and relevant units have proactively cleared resources and drastically removed bottlenecks to transform drawings into tangible values for the people.

A clear hallmark of this determination is the Project connecting Thuy Van Industrial Park to the Nguyen Tat Thanh - Ton Duc Thang link. This is considered a vital “artery” of traffic, helping to reduce the load on existing routes and enhancing connectivity between concentrated industrial production areas and the main traffic axes of many localities.

With a total investment of nearly 450 billion VND for a length of 4.51km, the project is being urgently deployed. As of mid-March 2026, 1.8km of the route has been cleared and under construction. The shape of the new road is gradually emerging—a result of the efforts of all levels of government, especially in land clearance, which is often considered the most difficult stage. The consensus and willingness of residents to hand over land is vivid proof of their trust in the province’s development policies for the common good.

In the same urgent atmosphere, at Xuan Lang Commune, the Kira Home Social Housing Project (part of Legend City, invested by Viet Duc Steel Group) is rushing with overtime shifts, determined to finish ahead of schedule. This is not merely a construction project but carries a noble mission of social security.

Kira Home is honored to be one of the 80 typical projects nationwide selected for commencement or inauguration to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). With a total investment of 327.5 billion VND, the project is expected to provide approximately 352 modern apartments. Once completed, it will not only solve the housing problem for hundreds of workers and low-income earners but also stimulate the real estate market and local services toward sustainable development.

On the Kira Home site these days, the working atmosphere remains at its peak. The contractor has mobilized a maximum workforce of nearly 200 workers, divided into 10 synchronized teams. Each officer and worker here is aware of the project’s importance, strictly adhering to technical procedures to ensure the highest quality.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Tri – Site Manager of the Kira Home Project, shared: "Despite challenges from rising material prices, we do not allow ourselves to step back. The unit has proactively coordinated resources, determined to accelerate progress while putting quality and safety first."

Workers on the projects are always fully equipped with protective gear to ensure occupational safety.

With a human-centric approach, safety and worker welfare are prioritized more than ever. Every shift begins with protective gear checks and strict fire safety reviews. To support the teams, the contractor pays special attention to living conditions, installing cooling systems, and ensuring nutritious meals and refreshing drinks. This practical care is a great spiritual encouragement, helping workers stay committed to the project’s quality.

Thanks to the drastic construction pace, the project has recorded a major milestone with the overall structural volume reaching 90%. With this momentum, the goal of delivering homes to the people is within reach. The construction unit is currently maintaining continuous shifts to take advantage of favorable weather during this final sprint.

It can be affirmed that these April projects are the result of sweat, wisdom, and the strength of the great solidarity of the province’s political system. The seamless coordination between investors, contractors, and local authorities is turning key projects into “leverages” for far-reaching development.

When the routes are cleared and the homes at Kira Home are filled with the laughter of young families, the aspiration for a sustainable and prosperous future for the people of Phu Tho becomes a vivid reality. April on the construction sites today is a powerful affirmation of the new vitality and long-term vision of the Ancestral Land in the process of integration.
