On November 17, Tax Subdivision No. 8 held a conference to implement the “60-Day Action Plan for Transitioning from Lump-Sum Taxation to Declaration-Based Taxation for Business Households in Vinh Yen Ward and Vinh Phuc Ward.”

At the conference, business households were introduced to the proposal on “Transitioning the Tax Management Model and Method for Business Households Upon the Removal of Lump-Sum Taxation”; provided guidance on regulations related to e-invoices and invoices generated from electronic devices for business households; and briefed on e-invoice solutions and sales software integrated with invoicing functions.
Within the framework of the event, software providers instructed business households on how to declare and pay taxes electronically via the eTax Mobile application. They also introduced solutions for e-invoices generated from cash registers, as well as tools supporting taxpayers during the transition from lump-sum tax payments to declaration-based tax methods.
The conference also allocated time for dialogue, providing direct assistance and answering questions from taxpayers regarding the registration and use of e-invoices generated from cash registers, along with updates on newly issued tax policies.
