Establishing Support Channels for Enterprises and Business Households in Phu Tho

The Department of Finance has recently introduced a suite of information channels dedicated to supporting enterprises, business households, and private economic sector development within Phu Tho Province.

The Zalo QR code for the “Phu Tho DDI_STC Enterprises” group aims to establish a direct and rapid communication channel between the Department of Finance and investors, enterprises, and business households.

To accelerate administrative procedural reforms and enhance information technology application in disseminating new investment and business policies, the Department of Finance has rolled out new initiatives. These systems and support methods are designed to establish a direct, transparent, and efficient connection between state regulatory bodies and the public, enterprises, and business households, facilitating the reporting of difficulties and the retrieval of business intelligence.

Accordingly, the Department of Finance has established a Zalo group named "Phu Tho DDI_STC Enterprises." This serves as a rapid and efficient communication channel between the Department and investors, enterprises, and business households holding projects, investment policy approvals, or investment registration certificates outside of industrial parks that fall under the Department’s regulatory jurisdiction.

Through this Zalo group, the Department of Finance will provide timely updates on mechanisms, policies, legal regulations, and executive directives. Concurrently, it will issue early-warning indicators regarding legal compliance risks, helping enterprises and business households enhance corporate governance and mitigate operational liabilities.

The Department of Finance also announced the official Zalo account of the “Rapid Response Team for Enterprise and Business Household Support” to promptly receive and address operational hurdles. Petitions, proposals, and feedback from both domestic and foreign-invested enterprises, as well as local business households, can be sent directly to this Zalo account for intake, classification, guidance, and resolution within the Department’s authorized jurisdiction.

In tandem with these mobile channels, the Department of Finance has launched a dedicated section on its web portal titled "Enterprise Support - Private Economic Development." This serves as an official, convenient, and highly accessible repository for the local business community.

The section will host and share legal documents, newly enacted investment and business policies, and early-warning compliance data. This infrastructure allows businesses and households to easily look up information, upgrade their statutory compliance capabilities, and minimize risks during their investment, manufacturing, and business operations.
