On the afternoon of May 20, a delegation from the Provincial Industrial Zones (IZs) Management Board held a working session with Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park to assess the implementation of environmental protection facilities and the construction progress of the project’s centralized wastewater treatment system.

The representative of Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park’s investor updates the delegation on the implementation progress of environmental protection projects.
During the working session, the delegation conducted a field inspection at the Centralized Wastewater Treatment Plant—one of the key infrastructure components currently prioritized by Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park with an urgent and synchronized timeline.
Spanning 295.7 hectares, Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park is situated in Xuan Lang Commune, a strategic gateway location connecting Hanoi, Noi Bai International Airport, and major northern industrial hubs. The project is developed by CNCIndustrial—the industrial infrastructure development brand under CNCTech Group—with a vision to construct a green, smart, and sustainable industrial park model that meets international standards.
Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park is systematically planned to attract high-tech industries, such as electronics, semiconductors, precision engineering, supporting industries, and logistics. Concurrently, it aims to forge a modern industrial ecosystem that satisfies the escalating demands of global corporations regarding environmental protection and sustainable development.
According to the investor’s report, the wastewater treatment system at Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park is being accelerated to match the synchronized operational schedule of the first factories within the industrial park. The synchronized deployment of this technical infrastructure framework demonstrates the investor’s determination to build a modern industrial park capable of meeting the rising environmental standards of both domestic and international enterprises.

The delegation from the Provincial IZs Management Board conducts a field inspection at the Centralized Wastewater Treatment Plant in Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park.
The wastewater treatment plant is invested in with advanced technology, featuring a Phase 1 capacity of 4,000 m3 per day and night. The entire system is integrated with automatic sensors and probes to continuously track environmental indicators, while connecting to an online monitoring system for regulatory supervision by state management agencies. The treated wastewater is targeted to strictly comply with Class A standards under QCVN 40:2025 prior to being discharged into the environment.
Through direct on-site inspection at the construction grounds, the delegation from the Provincial IZs Management Board acknowledged the investor’s proactiveness in deploying environmental infrastructure items from the early stages of construction, particularly the centralized wastewater treatment system and green facilities within the park.
With a methodical investment strategy, aggressive implementation progress, and a steadfast commitment to sustainability, Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park is step-by-step solidifying its role as one of the province’s key new industrial parks, fully prepared to accompany enterprises on their journey toward green, modern, and efficient manufacturing in Vietnam.
