On March 9, in Duu Lau Ward, Viet Tri City, Vuong Cuong Group Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Vuong Cuong high-end residential project in the low-rise area.
During the ceremony, delegates and investors pressed the button to officially commence the project.
The Vuong Cuong high-end residential project in the low-rise area will feature 50 garden houses and villas, with plot sizes ranging from 175 m2 to 360 m2 and construction areas from 80 m2 to 120 m2. Each unit will be three stories high, designed in a modern architectural style by West Green Design (Canada). Beyond its architectural and landscape value, the project aims to enhance the quality of life for residents, foster a civilized community, and drive local socio-economic development.

Speaking at the event on behalf of the Provincial People’s Committee, leaders of the Department of Construction emphasized that Phu Tho Province is committed to attracting investment and developing urban infrastructure in a synchronized, green, clean, and modern manner. With an increasingly advanced transportation, service, trade, and housing system, the province sees the Vuong Cuong high-end residential project as a key contributor to improving living standards, reshaping the urban landscape of Viet Tri, and stimulating local socio-economic growth.

Leaders of the Department of Construction also extended congratulations to Vuong Cuong Group Joint Stock Company and urged the investor to allocate adequate resources, ensure construction quality and progress, and comply with regulations on labor safety and environmental protection. They called on relevant departments, agencies, Viet Tri City, and Duu Lau Ward to collaborate closely with the investor to facilitate smooth project implementation in accordance with legal provisions on construction, land use, housing, and real estate business. Timely completion and operation of the project will bring tangible benefits to the community and contribute to the prosperity and development of Viet Tri City.
The Vuong Cuong high-end residential project was initially approved in 2012; however, due to various subjective and objective factors, its implementation faced significant delays. The project’s revised timeline was approved under Decision No. 2339/QD-UBND dated November 25, 2024. To date, the investor has completed its organizational structure, enhanced resource allocation, accelerated construction progress, and successfully collaborated with relevant departments and local authorities to achieve 100% site clearance.
The investor has mobilized vehicles and machinery to expedite construction, ensuring compliance with the detailed 1/500-scale planning approved by the Chairman of the Phu Tho Provincial People’s Committee. Covering a total area of 127,135.4 m2 in Duu Lau Ward, Viet Tri City, the project will consist of 224 villas and garden houses, 420 apartments housed in two 21-story buildings and one 15-story building, as well as various social infrastructure components, including a cultural center, kindergarten, park system, parking facilities, and a sports complex.
