Hai Linh Co., Ltd. and AG&P Group inks a comprehensive collaboration agreement
Hai Linh Co., Ltd. and AG&P Group conducted a ceremony in Hanoi on March 7 to finalize their investment partnership transaction and sign a comprehensive collaboration agreement. Mr. Bui Van Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee attended the event.
According to the agreement, Hai Linh Co., Ltd. and AG&P Group will work together to construct liquefied natural gas (LNG) import and regasification facilities, as well as gas networks. AG&P offers design, project management, and other infrastructure services.
Hai Linh Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 on the basis of Hai Linh’s private enterprise, and after 22 years of operation in the field of petroleum and liquefied petroleum gas, it is now regarded as one of the enterprises with an important role in the field of petroleum and liquefied petroleum gas in stabilizing the petroleum market across the country, particularly in the provinces of Phu Tho, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Hai Phong...
Atlantic Gulf & Pacific (AG&P) is a significant US firm that specializes in supplying liquefied natural gas infrastructure platforms, including LNG import and regasification facilities and gas networks. The agreement of comprehensive collaboration between AG&P Group and Hai Linh Company Limited assists to accomplishing the objective of significantly boosting Phu Tho’s investment climate. This is the outcome of the province’s investment promotion program during the last many years.
