Launching the Nam Viet Urban Area - Phoenix Riverside project

On January 16, PTS Urban and Rural Construction Architecture Co., Ltd. held the launching ceremony for the Nam Viet - Phoenix Riverside Urban Area project. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Vu Viet Van – Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, along with representatives from various departments and agencies.

The Nam Viet - Phoenix Riverside urban area project commenced in June 2021, planned on a total area of ​​over 9.61 hectares. Of this, residential land accounts for approximately 37,030 square meters, representing 38.5% of the total project land; the projected population is around 1,100 people.

The entire project consists of 262 units, including 73 villas and 189 townhouses. The internal transportation system is spaciously planned, integrating green routes, flower gardens, public sports areas, and various other auxiliary facilities to create a peaceful and synchronized living space. To date, the project has completed all required legal procedures.
