Promoting the value of Xoan singing heritage associated with tourism development

Since Xoan Singing was honored by UNESCO as a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity, Phu Tho tourism associated with enjoying Xoan Singing has become an indispensable itinerary for every tourist group coming to the Ancestral Land. Through that association, Xoan singing becomes more and more vital and everlasting.

After 10 years of development, up to now the product “Xoan singing in ancient villages” has become an indispensable tourist destination in the tours of travel companies bringing visitors to the Fatherland. Every year, the original Xoan villages welcome and serve tens of thousands of visitors. The organization of performances and explanations is increasingly becoming more professional. The communal houses, temples, shrines - performance spaces of Xoan singing have been repaired and restored, creating favorable conditions for performance activities and serving tourists.
