According to the report, in the first six months of 2024, the whole province cleared 189 hectares of land for key projects, of which 50 hectares of industrial park land (Cam Khe Industrial Park), 65 hectares of industrial park land (Dong Phi Industrial Park), 74 hectares of land for investors in the Tam Nong 1 and 2 Golf Course Project.
The Tam Nong Golf Course project (Tam Nong district) is being accelerated.
Along with the drastic direction of site clearance, since the beginning of the year, the province has approved the policy of investing in two more industrial clusters and at the same time, focused on directing to speed up progress for 13/20 key public investment projects and 10 groups of key private investment projects under the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
To carry out projects that progress as planned, the province continues to drastically direct compensation and site clearance work, clearly determining the time schedule and scale of land that must be cleared to hand over the site to investors, striving from now until the end of 2024 to clear 140–150 hectares. In particular, the focus is to complete the handover of 183.4 hectares of land to the Cam Khe Industrial Park infrastructure investor; Completed the expansion of the technical infrastructure of Phu Gia, Thuc Luyen, Hoang Xa and Soc Dang industrial clusters with an additional area of 30 hectares; Started investing in the infrastructure of Dong Phi, Thang Son, Tam Nong, Quang Yen, Phu Ho industrial clusters with a total area of 314.2 hectares; the newly established 60ha Am Ha Industrial Complex and the adjustment and expansion of 2 industrial clusters of Luong Son and Tan Phu with an area of 130.0 hectares; Accelerate the progress of urban housing projects, social housing, eco-tourism and resorts in the area.
